Individual Therapy
You may feel tired of experiencing emotional pain, I am here for you. Together we will explore your experiences, values, and behaviors. I will balance a gentle approach with challenging to help you navigate your struggles. With new insight developed through therapy you will be able to identify patterns that hold you back from living a healthy and fulfilling life.
Parent Coaching
Parenting can be fulfilling and exhausting at the same time. The stress, the guilt, and the overwhelm that comes from being available on demand may lead you to feel like things are out of control. You and your kids may feel disconnected from one another. Additionally, Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders can have a tremendous impact on a parent’s ability to function and stay connected with the family. I’m here to help both moms and dads regain a sense of self than can get lost in the journey of parenthood. My goal is to help you engage in the process of growth, feel calmer and more confident as a parent, as well as restore peace and connection within your home.
Family Therapy
Being a therapist means knowing that even if I am working with an individual, the relationships around them have a monumental impact on them. At times our families can be the relationships we find most painful. I work with families to provide a space where all parties feel heard and seen. I help family members work through past hurts and develop effective communication skills to improve their relationships and rebuild peace within their homes.
Group Therapy
Walking this road can feel incredibly lonely. Group is a great place to get support from fellow peers who may be going through similar struggles as you. I lead groups to help members feel understood, practice the skills they may be learning in therapy within a safe environment, and both give and receive feedback from others in a compassionate way. Throughout my years of being a group facilitator I have seen tremendous growth in my clients who may have started at a place where were in despair and felt alone and ended in a place of self-awareness and gained confidence to create the life they were seeking.

Not being on any insurance panels allows me to maintain the highest level of confidentiality when it comes to your mental health treatment. Insurance companies require you to provide details about your mental health which becomes a part of your medical record and limits your confidentiality. Insurance companies also require you to have an assigned diagnosis to receive coverage for sessions, which also becomes a part of your medical record. Additionally, insurance companies only allow you to choose a provider that is in-network which may limit your options when it comes to finding a therapist that best fits your needs.If you still wish to you can utilize your insurance. Many insurance plans offer reimbursement under out-of-network behavioral health services. You will have to call your insurance and ask them “what are my out-of-network behavioral health benefits?” to see if you qualify. I can provide you a “super bill” which is a detailed receipt of services which you can file with your insurance to receive out-of-network reimbursement. This is usually between 60-80% of the cost of sessions depending on your specific plan. Many of my clients choose to use this option to make therapy more affordable.

o Call the number on the back of your insurance card and follow the prompts to get connected with a customer service representative.
o Ask them the following questions to gain clarity:
What are my out-of-network behavioral health benefits?
Do I have a yearly deductible for my out-of-network plan?
Is there a yearly maximum for the number of sessions I am allowed to have?
Is there preapproval required to see an out-of-network provider?
What information will you need from me or my provider to get my claims reimbursed?

I have reserved several spots on my schedule to provide clients sliding scale fees based on household income to make therapy more accessible for people. Whenever it is possible, I will work with you to help make therapy more financially sustainable for you.

Some people decide to do therapy for a short period of time based on their needs while other feel that therapy is a long-term commitment for themselves and their families. As a part of my work with you, we will create goals for therapy to ensure that you are making progress and finding benefit in our work together. The frequency of therapy is something which we will often discuss throughout our work to ensure that we do what is in your best interest.
